I found Mr El Ashry to be extremely professional in all aspects of the care I received. He was very attentive at consultations. Allowing me time to explain what it was I was feeling. Not being medical, I came up with all sorts of analogies to explain the symptoms. He fully explained in a language that I could understand exactly, what I was experiencing and what the possible cause could be. He promptly referred me for MRI scans and Xrays and once again took time out to explain what each image showed and the course of action to fix the problem. On 7th Sept, I had a sub-acromial decompression and tidying up of the joint. Everything went perfectly smoothly. Everything was explained clearly and went to plan. After 2 weeks of work, I now have full mobility in my shoulder and almost pain free. Mr El Ashry is a gentleman, truly professional and I highly recommend him as your consultant.

My sincere thanks to Mr El Ashley for the care he took with the removal of the quite large mucous cyst on my finger. His gentle manner, willingness to explain the condition and treatment clearly, and patience in answering my questions was very much appreciated. This all meant I felt able to trust him. The procedure went well and healing continues as hoped for. I would very much recommend him.

Excellent care received at all times from Mr El Ashry.. Everything was explained to a level appropriate to both myself and my daughter, follow up was done and any problems quickly investigated. Professional and polite at all times, we were very happy with all care provided by Mr El Ashry The only problem we encountered was appointments not being booked for the time we had discussed we needed to return. I had to do a lot of chasing of appointments which although is not Mr El Ashrys fault there maybe needs to be clearer communications to the secretaries as to when exactly reviews need to be booked

I have been in Mr Saheed El Ashrys excellent care since being referred by my GP for a consultation in October 2022. Throughout all of my appointments Mr Ashry has treated me with utmost care and respect.He listened to me and explained to me options that were to be considered in order to make a decision which would be the best for me and finally involved me in making the decision regarding a way forward. During the consultations Mr Ashry showed myself and my husband the images resulting from XRays and an MRI scan of my hand. On the 31st May Mr Ashry performed a Trapeziectomy and surgery to remove a ganglion. Mr Ashry is such a kind and gentle man. He put me fully at ease and I trusted him totally. On the day of the surgery at 9.45am I was informed that the surgery could not take place because of the sickness and absence of the anaesthatist. Mr Ashry altered his schedule when another anaesthetist was found and carried out the surgery after completing his afternoon surgery. Mr Ashry always had a lovely smile which put me at ease which to me has been very important.
